For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Refund amount: The refund will be the original amount of the item returned to you. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non refundable.
Refund path: The refund will be returned to the account you originally used for payment. The processing time of banks or payment platforms may cause slight delays, please be aware.
